  2. Some often asked questions:

  4. How do I get rid of a list I no longer want?
  5. From the CoStar App folder simply drag the unwanted list into the trash.  Be certain that you will no longer need this list before trashing it!   Once discarded a list cannot be retrieved.

  7. How large a list can I make?  
  8. Each list can hold 1,600 records.  
  9.  
  10. The printer won't print.  
  11. Check the printer cable connections to see that they are securely in place.
  12.  
  13. I did an import and the list shows jumbled address lines.  
  14. Check the description of the file you imported against the real thing.  Is the number of fields correct?  Have you selected the proper delimiter (tab, return, comma or quotes)?  Use the Import Worksheet in your user's manual to help you prepare the list before importing.
